Abstrax Native Series
The Native Series is the Abstrax range of botanically derived strain profiles. Abstrax models each profile on the aroma of analysed cannabis material; the Flower, Sauce or Rosin in a name tells you which material was analysed, not what the profile contains, and Abstrax states that its products contain no compounds from cannabis. Mr Terpeenes stocks 13 Native profiles, sold by weight in 5g, 20g and 50g with UK prices shown inc. VAT, each with its Abstrax data sheets on the product page. Try 5g bottles in the Abstrax sample pack, or see all Abstrax terpenes.

How Native Differs from Cloudburst and Signature
Where Cloudburst is built for flavour intensity, Native is built for accuracy to a cultivar. Abstrax says it tests for over 400 compounds when modelling a profile, and that Native profiles, by and large, contain the sulfur compounds it identified as the source of the gassy, skunky side of cannabis aroma. Most Native data sheets carry a Natural flavour declaration. The Signature Series goes a step further, with profiles made with the original breeder or family.
Native suits strain-style products. The range covers bright pine and citrus such as Durban Poison Flower, grape and berry such as GDP Flower, and fuel-forward profiles such as King Louie XIII Flower and Super Sour Diesel Sauce. Because those sulfur compounds are volatile, Abstrax advises against opening bottles more often than necessary, and several Native data sheets recommend refrigeration below 10°C once opened.

The Native Series is an Abstrax range of botanically derived terpene profiles, each modelled on the aroma of analysed cannabis material so that it smells like a specific cultivar. Most Native data sheets carry a Natural flavour declaration.
Native aims for accuracy to a cultivar rather than flavour intensity. Abstrax says it tests for over 400 compounds when modelling a profile, and that Native profiles generally contain the sulfur compounds behind the gassy, skunky side of cannabis aroma. Cloudburst, by contrast, is built for maximum flavour.
No organic claim is made for the Native Series. Abstrax describes Native profiles as botanically derived with a natural flavour declaration; its USDA-organic products are a separate live hemp line that Mr Terpeenes does not stock.
No. Abstrax describes them as botanically derived and states that its products contain no cannabinoids such as THC or CBD and no compounds from cannabis. They are modelled on analysed cannabis material, which is why they smell like specific cultivars.
Brands and formulators who want a recognisable strain-style aroma, from pine and citrus to fuel, in vape or distillate products. For fruit, candy or dessert flavours, the Cloudburst Series is usually the better fit.
Follow the data sheet for each profile. Native sheets say to store bottles sealed in the original container below 22°C (72°F) and under 60% relative humidity. Once opened, use promptly, or keep headspace to a minimum and refrigerate below 10°C (50°F). Typical shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.
They name the cannabis material Abstrax analysed when it modelled the profile, such as flower or a sauce or rosin concentrate. They describe the reference, not an ingredient: the profiles themselves are botanically derived.
